Other sonographers who specialize in obsterics look into the female reproductive systems. The Neurosonology songographers look and diagnose problems in the brain, spinal cord and the nervous system. Similarly the Ophthalmology sonographers examine the eye.
Most sonography jobs have almost the same duties. The sonographers have to look and manage a patient’s histoy, analyze information in various diagnostic procedures, decide the needs of a patient by looking at his internal condition and providing a written or oral summary of internal findings to the physician.
