Ultrasonography is a technique which is ultrasound with Sonography, actually is technique of sending sound wave through a human body at a frequency greater than what the frequency of the body which is observed around 20 KHz. It is a technique in which sound waves are sending through one’s body in case of medical science and the deflection is the key in this field as it gives the knowledge of what is inside the body of a person. Ultrasound is a popular technique used as Sonography to produce to images of the fetus in a female womb. There are various other applications in the field of ultrasonography.
Ultrasonography or commonly known as Sonography is a technique which is used to determine the various things like structure, width and various other things about the internal organs of the human body using the imaging techniques and then converting them to real time tomographic images. This technique is well known and is being used from a very long time in the study of human body parts which are not visible from outside. This one of the widely used techniques which is not at all expensive as compared to other techniques such as CT (Computed Tomography) and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). This one of the techniques which are highly useful in case of emergency during pregnancy and so called obstetric sonography.
It is one of the techniques which is highly useful and is much used just because it is one of the safest techniques which can be used, it does not use harmful radiations for the purpose of diagnostics such as mutagenic ionizing radiations which are very dangerous and can cause some of the harmful diseases such as cancer and many others. But on the other hand, it can have harmful effects such as heating of the soft tissues in the human body. It creates some kind of mechanical pressure in the human body and which can damage the membrane.
There are various other applications of ultrasonography; it is used in various cleaning applications and is called as supersonic cleaners, as it uses sound wave of frequency greater than 20 KHz and find various applications such as cleaning of jewellery, optical instruments and various others, secondly it is also known as disintegrator as it is used to stop the integration of various biological cells such as bacteria, in this sound waves of very high frequency is used to kill the microbiological organism such as bacteria present in the sewage water.
So it is all about ultrasound and it is better to do training in such a field which has vast application like ultrasound, it is very easy to get the required training from various schools available all around the world but the amount of hard work which one puts in is the real key to success and it is what one needs to have in such a field of medical science which has so wide applications, but one needs to do the required training so in order to get the knowledge of the best possible techniques and the way to handle the patients which come at their doorsteps.
